How to Create Zero-Waste
Updated: Jul 31, 2019
As you have probably heard, you live on a beautiful planet with deep oceans and rolling hills and stunning sunsets. So, why don't you join the minimal waste fight to preserve the earth and its natural beauty? While you may not have any whole sale food stores near you to eliminate plastic packaged foods, there are other easy ways to minimize your waste.
An easy switch to make is by buying reusable straws. If you or your family use straws on a regular basis, buying reusable straws means that not only do you not have to run out to the store to buy more, but you are reducing waste. Plus, they are easy to clean so there is no worry about moldy dirty straws.
Another switch is to use all natural cotton rounds which not only reduces waste on the earth but your face will thank you too! These rounds are easy to wash with any normal load of laundry and come with a laundry bag for gentle cleaning.
For people who are constantly on the go or have kids that take snacks to school, using reusable snack bags is a must. Using reusable bags is a simple and affordable habit to create. Washing them is easy, just place them in the dishwasher like any other dishware.
If you have a very fury pet with hair fluff everywhere, why not try a reusable lint roller? Super easy to clean soap and water and it comes in a variety of sizes for on the go or picking up fur on the sofa.
Ask not what the earth can do for you, but what you can do for your earth?
